Four Things
I blame Derek
Four jobs I've had
1. Full Service Gas Station Attendant. I was the greasy gas station attendant. This was in 1987, and I was sporting a great mullett, and driving a '72 Camaro SS350.
2. DJ. I was spinning some down and dirty old school Chicago House mixed with a little bit of VERY early techno and trance. At the time, it was called "New Beat." This was from 88-92. I had lost the mullett.
3. Photo Lab Tech. I worked in a commercial photo lab from 1991-1997, and can easily say that this was my favorite job so far. The owner, Ed, taught me a lot about the photo industry, as well as how to be a professional and ethical business owner. Although he has retired to Arizona, we still stay in touch.
4. Y2k Mainframe Code Analyst. This is the first job where I ever made some serious moolah. I worked at this job from 1996-1999. I broke into the IT industry at the height of the Y2k/Dot com era, and have NEVER made as much money since.
Four movies I can watch over and over.
1. Hackers
2. Fight Club
3. High Fidelity
4. The Matrix
Four places I have lived.
1. Madison, WI
2. Dallas, TX
3. Ashland, OH
4. Bloomington/Normal and Chicago, IL, I know that counts as 3, but oh well.
Four Shows I love on TV.
1. CSI, only the original
2. Law and Order, SVU
3. Trading Spaces
4. Law and Order, the original
Four places I've vacationed.
1. Amsterdam, The Netherlands
2. Rome, Italy
3. Berlin, Germany
4. Dublin, Ireland
Four of my favorite foods.
1. My mom's/grandmothers spaghetti
2. Pizza from Lucca Grill, Bloomington, IL
3. Quesadillas from Uncle Julios, Dallas, TX
4. Jackies brownies
Four websites I check daily.
