Jeep Music!!!!
Once in a blue moon some new music comes out that causes me to re-define what I once thought was "Good." Today I received a CD in the mail called "Mr. Anonymous." It is a co-venture between Sly&Robbie, Cutty Ranks, Bounty Killer, Michael Rose, Dave Wakeling, Frankie Paul, Barrington Levy, Sky Juice, Turbulence, Danny English, Brando, Dr. Innocent, and Jeep MacNichol. Many of the above listed names are insanely talented Reggae and Dancehall artists from Jamaica, Jeep is a former member of The Samples. This album features a mixture of reggae, dancehall, electronica, acoustic, salsa, and dub music.
Of the 13 tracks on the CD, it is incredibly hard to pick out a favorite, as each track offers up something different. One thing for sure, if you are looking for something with a little "Island Vibe" to it, you simply cannot go wrong with this album. There are samples of each song on the website! www.jeepmusic.com
