Oooooh, ahhhh, ohhhhh!

We have an absolute blizzard going on outside right now. The wind is somewhere around 40mph, and the snow is not falling, it is whipping.

It is going to be another fireplace night I think, so I hope I can find a book that I haven't read... Chances are that will be a tough one.

Yoga is going very well, and I can feel a big difference in how I feel throughout the day. I am waking up very early, sometimes even before the roomies get up for work. I really need to start getting to bed earlier, as I seriously doubt that 3-4 hours of sleep is enough.

OOOOOHHHHH! See what happens when I don't get to check in on you! Lovin' the new caricature! and the header! too kewl! we-know-who did a fabulous job! Snow? Snow? What's that? We have blooms on the camellia's down here! (Not to brag). Keep bending and stretching doin' that comtemplative yoga thing!...and, oh yeah, and just breathe....
